Southern Charm Review: Highest Rating Since Season 1 Finale

After its lowest Season 2 ratings last week, “Southern Charm” is reported to have regained its viewership ratings recently and reached the highest views for the second season. Read on for details.

Fortunately, Bravo’s hit South Carolina-based show generated the largest viewership for this week since its Season 1 finale. FITSNews claimed that “Southern Charm” currently hit 944,000 views.

Bbased on TV by the Numbers‘ ratings, “Southern Charm” only generated 855,000 viewers last week. It was bad news for the studio because of the deteriorating viewership ratings of the series. It was actually on its fifth dramatic episode already but still far behind one million viewers. Rumors about cancellation began to surface.

Previously on Episode 6 “In the Cups,” Cameran Eubanks planned to adopt a dog. It was for the sake of distracting herself from getting pregnant. Eubanks had no plans yet in creating a family with her new husband. She loved marriage but always doubted herself in taking care of babies.

As for Thomas Ravenel’s progressing political campaign, he and Kathryn Dennis decided to live downtown at their new townhouse for a more convenient location. Dennis thought the move would improve their deteriorating relationship. She later found out that Ravenel’s campaign adviser had more suspicious plans that could ruin them for good.

The manager planned to never mention Dennis and baby Kensington for the whole duration of Ravenel’s campaign. He thought that having a baby before marriage is a bad image for a politician. Unfortunately, Dennis eventually heard about this so she decided to go back to her old party animal self. That is why she went barhopping with Craig Conover.

“Southern Charm” airs every Monday at 10:00 p.m. on Bravo.
