Southern Charm Star Files Cease-and-Desist Order to a Blogger
Patricia Altschul, the sassy mother of “Southern Charm” star Whitney Sudler-Smith, pursued legal actions to a certain blogger from the South. The blogger’s claims became difficult to bear for the fabulous 70-year-old widow. Read on to know more about the case.
FITSNews reported that Tamara Tattles is given a cease-and-desist letter from a New York lawyer. It was because of her statements about Altschul’s possession of heirlooms from the Lee family. The website’s claims came from Suzanne Kent Cooke, an ex-wife of former Washington Redskins owner Jack Kent Cooke.
Cooke commented on OkHitS that Altschul stole the Lee heirlooms from her husband, Ed Fleming, who is a descendant of Lee. She elaborated that Altschul even stole Robert E. Lee’s bed and “brooch pin which contains a lock of hair.”
In Altschul’s defense, her attorney explained to the legal letter that Altschul rightfully claimed the Lee possessions from her divorce with Fleming. Tattles got furious with Altschul’s legal action and wrote a counterattack instead.
“You can either f*ck off or come on down and meet my attorney,” Tattles stated.
The blogger continued to write that Altschul is envious of her co-star Kathryn Dennis. She is related to former American vice president John C. Calhoun. She claimed that Altschul married old men for money and described her as “a total sociopath.”
Despite making Cooke her source, Tattles stated that she also “makes her living marrying old men.” Unlike Altschul, Cooke was not included in her husband’s will. Tattles wrote that both ladies have dirty secrets.
