‘Southern Charm’ Stars Host Charity Event for Animals
Some “Southern Charm” stars are certified animal-lovers. Cameran Eubanks, K Cooper Ray and Shep Rose are going to host a fundraising event for an animal charity. Read on for details.
Charleston City Paper reported that the latest fundraiser for Toby’s Fund, a charity for neglected and abused animals, is happening on Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at Republic Garden and Lounge. The event was planned after the miraculous recovery of the stray dog named Caitlyn, which was found in North Charleston on May 27, 2015.
Caitlyn, which is a Staffordshire terrier mix, had an electrical tape tightly clamping its muzzle. It was brought to the Charleston Animal Society. The tape was successfully removed without risking the dog’s life.
Toby’s Fund shouldered Caitlyn’s medical procedure. The charity was named in honor of the Golden Retriever mix, which recovered after having chemical burns around its body. Toby was eventually adopted.
The event admission worth $10 and special cocktails will all benefit Toby’s Fund.
Rose recently revealed his disappointment on one of his co-stars. According to Bravotv.com‘s exclusive interview, Rose admitted that he did not recover easily. It was after losing against Craig Conover in the latest auction. He explained that Conover’s behavior was “insufferable” throughout the event.
“He [Conover] was a nightmare a lot of the time,” Rose said.
However, the “Southern Charm” hottie learned to mind his own business as one of the show’s stars. He believed more people are punished because of kindness. He thought Conover returned to “bite” him.
Now, does Rose have any regrets in the second season? Rose explained that he does not look back most of the time.
“Southern Charm” Season 2 airs every Monday at 10:00 p.m. on Bravo.
