Aside from the fact that everyone has been excited for the “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” in December 2016, we should also be looking forward to Benicio Del Toro’s revelation about his designated role in the upcoming “Star Wars: Episode VII” details.

It has been reported that the Puerto Rican said in an interview that he always dreamt to be in the “Star Wars” film. He stated that he was a fan, a huge fan! Especially from the three: ‘Star Wars’, ‘The Empire strikes back’ and ‘The return of the Jedi’, Classicalite reported. He also added that in his enthusiasm for the franchise, he grew up with the characters having lots of merchandise like posters in the series.

Del Toro watched them while he was a kid and he liked them. He felt the excitement to think he will be one of the characters and be part in one of those posters in his bedroom. He liked R2-D2, C-3PO and Chewbacca, Latin Post reported. When the actor was asked about his role, he chose to stay quiet. Though he was expected to be a villain, nothing has been confirmed yet.

The actor currently shares the screen with Emily Blunt in “Sicario” which became a specialty hit at the box office. Del Toro won Oscar in his turn at “Traffic” and was nominated from his several works.

On the other hand, Hayden Christensen has been rumoured to be back as Darth Vader in Episode VII. Fans thought that his performance as Anakin Skywalker, in the two movies Episode II and Episode III of the Star Wars pulled him down. They speculated that it was all because he was too unemotional. Viewers said that as a human Jedi in love, he had a tough time essaying the role of a young man in love, Classicalite reported.

“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” is in December 2016 while ‘Episode VIII’ in 2017.
