Studios Bank Big On ‘Batman Vs Superman’ Performance
Marvel played a gamble when it moved away from the cameo of Samuel L. Jackson after the reviews of the “Iron Man” movie came out. In a moment, the studio started a plan that was never tried before. This was an attempt to cut down the losses in a slow withdrawal in case things do not turn out to be good.
According to Cinema Blend, the present situation has changed considerably for large and long term movie projects are not only happening, but they are a norm now. DC Comics and Warner Brothers are building their cinematic universe and they are going all out with their latest movie “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.” The Studio along with Ben Affleck is aware that this gamble is even bigger.
The person who will wear the cap of Batman is also aware of the things that are expected from the movie. Many of the future projects depend on the performance of this movie. The franchise is the key to success for the studios and for Warner Brothers, the best progress in this arena will be through this movie.
According to IMBD, Affleck does not seem to be too concerned about in case they fail. He mentioned in a statement that it is going to be a wonderful year for DC Comics. However, it does not mean that there is no risk at all. It is difficult to ascertain at the moment as to what the success secret was as there is only one sample to look at this moment.
All the big characters have been given individual movies and there is the only small connection between them. The Dawn of Justice is, however, being used by DC to introduce many major characters.
