‘Suicide Squad’: Superman’s Appearance in the Movie and Better Look at Killer Croc with Co-star Will Smith

“Suicide Squad” is going to feature a super villain ensemble, where DC Universe’s finest villains are going to come together to do some good. To what extent will they be effective remains to be seen but a theory floating around recently caught the attention of many and raised a few questions.

According to The Bitbag, fans have been speculating on a specific connection between “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” and “Suicide Squad” and how these movies will ultimately act as a platform to set up the “Justice League” movies. There is no doubt that there will be some crossovers between the movies as Batman is all set to make an appearance in “Suicide Squad” when Bruce Wayne has a reported meeting with Task Force X organizer Amanda Waller. Recent rumors suggest that apart from the Dark Knight, Superman is also going to be a part of the super-villain ensemble though Henry Cavill in an interview mentioned that his character is not going to be a part of the movie but would surely like to feature in a potential sequel.

If that was the good part, other updates shed some light on the bad side of the movie. A super-villain from the team whose role has kept fans on their feet is Killer Croc. He is undoubtedly the muscle of the team, after having lived in the sewers and attaining superhuman strengths and rock like skin, fans are really curious as to how will this character be portrayed in the movie. Much details about the character has been kept under wraps but at least a recent photo of Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje who plays Killer Croc with co-star Will Smith aka Deadshot has given us a good look at the character.

Comicbook.com reported that Will Smith presented with a very thoughtful gift to co-star Adewale on his 48th birthday. It was basically a cake with chocolate frosting that said “Happy Birthday Croc.” Both Adewale and Will posed for a funny smile in the picture and naturally looked at their very best. “Suicide Squad” will release on August 5th next year.
