In last week’s episode, Professor Henry Gerard (Stephen Macht) persuaded Mike to take on a whistle-blower case when he revealed that he knows about Mike’s secret. As expected, Harvey was not at all happy with Mike’s decision but begrudgingly allowed him when Mike told him that he knows that Gerard knows that he’s a fraud. “I don’t know how much time I have left,” Mike said.
Mike eventually found a way to turn the case to his favor, but only because Donna helped him out. Turns out, Donna acquired the needed documents by pretending to be someone from the NTSB office. At first, Mike was hesitant to use the file since it could put Donna in trouble once the company finds out what she’s done. Mike and Harvey decided to use the documents and thought they had gotten away with it only to find out later that security cameras had caught her sneaking round the files.
Meanwhile, Louis was upset with the receptionist since she answers the phone “Pearson Specter” intentionally omitting his name. We later found out that Jeff paid her to mess with Louis head. Jessica convinced her boyfriend to patch things up with Louis, and so the two decided to went out for a drink. Louis and Jeff seemed to be getting along well, too well that in the end Jeff found out the real reason why Louis was made name partner. Jessica tried to explain, but it looks as if she was just a little too late.
