Recently, Super Junior’s Choi Siwon, who is more popularly known as Siwon, according to K Pop Starz and All K Pop, has publicly apologized on Instagram on Sunday, Aug. 20, 2015 for a particular post on Instagram.

His mistake was that he had reposted a photo of the Instagram user “SANDRA160173.” It featured her walking on a sunset-lit beach, without asking her permission.

In order to rectify this mistake, the actor immediately took to Instagram and apologized to her for doing this. He mentioned that the words that had been present in the breathtaking picture, which belonged to the great William S. Burroughs, had touched and moved him.

I am sorry @SANDRA160173 for using your photo without mentioning and permission. The picture and William S. Borroughs's words are so great and touchable. Once again, I am truly sorry :^)

After posting this, the actor and singer’s fans rose to the occasion by praising the action that he took to rectify his mistake. It was especially due to the sincerity of his heartfelt apology.

However, according to KPopStarz, some of Siwon’s online fans became disturbed that other fans took things too much to heart and began to point fingers at Sandra while trying to defend the “Oh! My Lady” star.

This, once again, is also a reminder that even things that are posted on the Internet shouldn’t be taken for granted, and that credit should always be given to who it is due. It was especially when it comes to posting and reposting things on the Internet, and on social media sites.
