‘Supergirl’ & ‘Flash’ Crossover Not Happening Now
CBS series “Supergirl” is already extended for a few episodes with a full season pick up on the run. The series had begun six weeks back for its season 1 and has got a tremendous fan following. There have been many speculations about CWs’ “Flash” and “Supergirl” crossover. However, there has been no confirmation on the same as of now. Both the shows have been developed by Greg Berlanti and it won’t be very difficult for the show runners to adjoin the two for some episodes. According to Screenrant, it is speculated that fans wish to see Supergirl aka Kara Zor-El within the same frame along with other superheroes. There definitely lies a chance of them to come together with the help of Greg Berlanti as he has many shows under his name including “Flash”, “Arrow” and “Legends of Tomorrow.”
DC comic character based “Flash” is already a spin-off of from the “Arrow.” The shows share the same universe and have promising chances to overlap with interesting crossovers.
“Supergirl” producer Ali Adler on being asked about the crossover stated that there has not been anything planned as of now but the production is open to ideas and, of course, it depends on whether “Supergirl” gets a full order season or not.
This week is going to witness the crossover between highly anticipated “Flash” and “Arrow.” Berlanti in a recent press conference of the same was asked about the possibility of “Supergirl” crossover too to which he replied that it is not happening at this point of time.
So there might be something in future but nothing as of now for “Supergirl” and “Flash” crossover.
