They would be set free from the darkness, however not that easily. Moreover, Castiel would experience the impact of Rowena’s spell. He would remember his fight with Crowley.
Rowena made a clear impact of her on Castiel during the final days of “Supernatural” Season 10. In an interview with TVLine, Jeremy Carver, the executive producer of the CW Television Network’s TV series, revealed that the newfound power makes Rowena as an enjoyable character.
Carver also said that viewers would watch the kind of success achieved by Rowena using her power. “She’s still ruled by a certain amount of hubris” for all of her power, said Carver.
According to CarterMatt.com, “Rowena is still vulnerable.” The source also reported that Rowena and Crowley have more in common – They both have a “blindspot” and both of them are stubborn at times in achieving what they desire. They both are imperfect.
