According to TV Line, the show has added  Girder or Tony Woodward, a villain who appeared to be a huge mass of iron. Before he became a villain, Tony worked as a bratty attitude steelworker. He will be introduced in the Season 1 Episode 6 of “The Flash.” The Girder role in the show will recur as a character who will bully a young Barry.

The show is building their own Rogues gallery as a test for their title here in the first season. The series is still looking for an actor who might play the said role. When it happens, the actor will join Wentworth Miller (“Prison Break”) who will play as Captain Cold.

Other recurring “Flash” characters include the “Arrow” star Robbie Amell as Firestorm, Kelly Frye as Better San Souci or Plastique and Emily Beckett Richards as Felicity Smoak, another “Arrow” character.
