‘The LEGO Movie Sequel’ Will Provide Spoilers In ‘The LEGO Movie 4D’!; Chris Pratt Wishes To Come Back!
“The LEGO Movie Sequel” or being popularly called as “The LEGO Movie 2” will be releasing on May 18, 2018. The long wait would not be going to waste as “The LEGO Movie 4D” will be providing lots of spoilers and twist to the upcoming sequel to “LEGO” franchise.
According to Collider, “The LEGO Movie 4D” will be written by Adam Pava and co-written by Rob Schrab, who is also directing “The LEGO Movie Sequel.” While, “The LEGO Movie 4D” will only be for LEGOLAND Parks and Discovery Centers by Merlin Entertainments and Warner Bros, it sure is going to be on spoiler spree for “The LEGO Movie Sequel.”
“The LEGO Movie 4D” will feature the main characters Emmet and Wyldstyle. It will follow them to the theme park to which they have received mystery invitation. In his interview with Metro, Chris Pratt expressed his wishes to come back for “The LEGO Movie 2.”
“I hope I’m back. I loved working with Chris and Phil and I hope Emmett is crucial to the story. I hope that Emmett isn’t disposable, he was such a great big part of that movie.” Pratt said.
The “Jurassic World” actor, who gave voice to the character of Emmett, also went on to add that “LEGO” franchise is not like some daily cartoons. It is very different and anything can happen.
In an interview with Empire Magazine, Chris Miller and Phil Lord without giving out any spoilers just hinted towards the time gap.
“We were really interested in what happens to that boy who’s in the meta-story in the first movie when he’s four years older. When he’s an adolescent how does that change his point of view?” the duo said.
“The LEGO Movie Sequel” will not be directed by the duo of Chris Miller and Phil Lord, they will just be writing and producing the film.
