The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Recap: Bestfriend Brandi Vs. Sister Kyle

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” (RHOBH) Season 5 Episode 11 “It’s Just a Scratch” aired last Jan. 27, 2015 at 9:00 p.m. on Bravo. The episode kicks off with the continuation of Brandi Glanville and Kyle Richard’s fight over Kim Richards. Read on to know what happens next.

Kyle is disappointed with Brandi getting physical to her. She emphasizes that she is the sister, so she has the right to comfort Kim. Kim starts to argue with Kyle. Brandi claims that Kyle does not care at all when it comes to her sister, based on a phone conversation. While Kim and Kyle are arguing, she interrupts again. Kim gets hysterical because she is torn between her bestfriend and her sister. Brandi pushes Kyle away. She believes that Kyle was never there for Kim, and there is an existing jealousy and competition between the sisters. She yells at Kyle who chooses to walk away after taking off her stilettos. Kim yells at Brandi that she cannot do that to her sister. She chases Kyle, but she is already in the car. Kyle sobs heavily.

Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna go out of the house to know what is the commotion. Brandi announces that she will kill Kyle for making her arm swollen. Lisa chooses to go with Kyle while Brandi ushers Kim to their car.

Inside the car, Lisa is appalled about Brandi’s behavior. She insists that there is addiction going on. She blames her drinking problem.

Back to Eileen’s house, her husband Vincent is in great disbelief about the other housewives’ behavior. Eileen defends them that it is normal between sisters.

Meanwhile, Yolanda Foster is having a good time talking to her daughter Bella Hadid. At first, she finds it difficult to use her phone during video call. She admits still being worried about Bella’s decisions. However, she tries her best to trust her again.

Another housewife who is having a good time is Lisa Vanderpump. She meets her dog Rumpy again after training camp. She describes Rumpy as the “naughtiest dog.” Ken Vanderpump is the one who drove Rumpy from the camp to their estate. Lisa changes its name to Pumpy.

The other Lisa talks with Kyle on the phone. She is planning to have a jewelry party, but she is not sure who to invite.

Brandi and her good friend Jennifer talk about the scandal outside Eileen’s house. Brandi decides to avoid Kyle.

Talking about Kyle, she tells her husband Mauricio that she does not know what to feel. She feels that Monty is the reason for Kim’s misery, so she will talk to her sister’s doctor.

Eileen visits Lisa Vanderpump. She commends Lisa’s estate, especially the swans everywhere.

Meanwhile, Yolanda visits Kyle who is still preparing for Lisa Rinna’s party. Kyle says that Kim is currently in the emergency room. Eileen tells Lisa that Kim is unwell. Lisa tells her that Kim is always “off” despite being sober. The topic of both house visits is Brandi and Kyle’s fight. Yolanda insists that alcohol is an “ugly thing.” Eileen talks about Brandi’s strange and offensive remarks about her home. Lisa is not surprised at all. Eileen says that she always feels uncomfortable in Brandi’s presence.

During the jewelry party, Brandi spanks Yolanda’s butt and hugs her near Kyle. After she walks away, Kyle tells Yolanda that she waited in the hospital for a long time, but there was still no progress about Kim’s condition.

After talking to Kyle, Yolanda proceeds to confront Brandi. She asks Brandi if she was drinking.

“I can do whatever I want,” Brandi says stubbornly.

Eileen also wants to talk to Brandi, so Yolanda leaves them. She tells Brandi that she was offended about her comments while surveying her house. She also says that Brandi was disrespectful by cursing intensely while her sons are upstairs. Brandi defends herself that those profanities are normal. She gets exasperated by “another lecture.” She insists that she is not a mean girl and apologizes. Eileen still thinks that Brandi is a mean girl who is “addicted to chaos” and has negative energy.

Lisa Vanderpump wants to talk to Kyle, but Brandi is still near them. Kyle tells Lisa that they will talk later. Brandi is the first one to go home.

In a restaurant, Kyle concludes to Lisa that she will never trust Brandi again. She insists that Brandi owes her an apology. Lisa also says that she will never trust Brandi again after hurting Ken’s feelings. She describes Brandi as a woman who loves to be the center of attention and wants to feel more important than most people. She hopes that Kim will not side with Brandi.
