‘The Secret Life of Pets’ Movie Shows What Happens When Owners Leave their Fluffy Animal Friends at Home
Have you ever wondered what happens when you leave for work and you leave your pets behind? Illumination Entertainment, the studio that brought to you the famous movies, “Despicable Me” and “Minions,” will be letting you in on the secret with “The Secret Life of Pets.” The studio has already begun promoting the 2016 animated film, which introduces what happens to seven pets when their owners leave them at home. “The Secret Life of Pets” will surely be an interesting addition to Illumination Entertainment’s slate. The upcoming movie will feature the story of what pets do when their owners leave home. The animated movie will come nearly a year. It was after the studio releases “Minions,” which will be released on July 10, 2015. But, the studio is already heavy on the promotion of their upcoming project.
Rotoscopers reported eight posters have been put up at the Licensing Expo in Las Vegas. It introduces the seven characters that will star in “The Secret Life of Pets” movie.
Collider cited that the poster introduces seven loveable characters including Max, Chloe, Duke, Gidget, Mel, Norman and Snowball. Max will play as “the building’s top dog” who seemingly thinks that he has the full and complete attention of his owner. It was until his master brings home another dog named Duke.
The synopsis continues as Duke and Max will venture out into the streets of New York. They have to set aside their differences” and team up against a rabbit named Snowball. He is creating a team of pets abandoned by their owners to seek for revenge.
“The Secret Life of Pets” will feature Louie C.K.’s voice for Max, Lake Bell for Chloe, Eric Stonestreet as voice for Duke, Jenny Slate as Gidget, Bobby Moynihan for Mel and Kevin Hart will be doing voice work for Snowball.
