This Is Us Episode 4 Teasers: Kevin’s Broadway Dreams Turns Into A Nightmare; More Secrets About William Gets Unveiled
Expect tears and surprises in the upcoming episode of This Is Us. In the new teasers released by NBC for Episode 4, Kevin (Justin Hartley) strives to follow his dream, but the universe doe snot seem ready to give him what he wants yet. Meanwhile, Randall and the viewers will get to know more about William (Ron Cephas Jones).
In the previous episode of This Is Us, Kevin grabbed a flight to New York to try out his hand at theater acting. However, it seems like the business is stuff for the newcomer. He makes a lot of mistakes on set like calling the playwright a screenwriter. And, when she corrected him, he responds: “Well, you know, I mean, you gotta start somewhere.”
Kevin definitely did not have a great start to this new chapter of his career. Will he go back home to a familiar and safe, but unhappy life? Or should he move on and keep pursuing his Broadway dreams? Janet Montgomery of Salem also stars as cold theater actress, Olivia Maine. [Watch the teaser here: NBC]
In the second teaser, William tells his new family the story of how he got the nasty scar on his right forearm. Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson) worries that, perhaps, it was related to the man’s past drug abuse. However, the story is not dark as everyone anticipated. Randall sees his biological father in a new light. [Watch on TV Line]
Titled The Pool, Episode 4 of This Is Us will see Rebecca (Mandy Moore) and Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) take their three children to the community pool on a hot summer’s day. But, the family time gets disrupted when another mom confronts Rebecca about her son, Randall…
“Rebecca and Jack take Kevin, Kate, and Randall to the community pool on a hot day. And quickly realize each child is going through their own struggles,” the episode synopsis reads. “Kevin auditions for his first Broadway play in New York and meets a determined actress who is less than impressed by him.”
This Is Us Episode 4 airs on Oct. 18 on NBC.
