‘Thor: Ragnarok’ Update: Female Villain Is On Cards?
We have seen so many superhero movies having female characters meaning female heroes and female villains, but none of them have been given as much as importance over their male counterparts. But it seems that now Marvel is in full mood of breaking that system by bringing a female main villain lead in the upcoming third part of the “Thor” franchise titled “Thor: Ragnarok.” Read for more updates.
As reported earlier that the movie will bring two characters from the “Avengers” team meaning Bruce Banner aka Hulk and as the name of the movie suggests meaning “Thor” together as buddies. Both will be seen fighting for each other, not with each other.
It was also revealed that audience will meet earth hero Valkyrie. She is a very important female character first time onscreen from the comics but with her another female character or we say, a female villain, about which no information has been revealed yet, will make her appearance in the movie.
So, makers are trying to build the third part very interesting and different from the earlier two parts. It was also revealed before that this movie will be darker than the previous two, so, makers are also trying to bring elements helpful in giving it lighter effect as a whole. The screenplay for the movie was written by Christopher Yost and Craig Kyle and direction part handed over to Taika Waititi.
Well, it is really an interesting news if a female villain joining “Thor” and “Hulk” in the upcoming franchise. It will open a new phase for female villains in superhero movies and rumors are rife that makers are considering names of super strong Asgardian warrior queen Knorda, Enchantress, Asgardian goddess of Death and Loki’s child Hela, and also the queen of the Norns Karnilla.
However, no name has been finalized yet but soon it will come in front, so, stick to this space for a “Thor” update on the same.
