Tom Hiddleston sets aside his otherworldly demeanor as he looks ultimately “Like a Sir” in his promotional images of “Crimson Peak” with co-star Mia Wasikowska. Read on for further details.

The time of the jolliness is starting to subside and the time for variety amidst the entertainment industry is stirring as for 2015, helmsman Guillermo del Toro is bringing people back in the old and gothic times in his horror house flick “Crimson Peak.” The movie stars Tom Hiddleston, and he certainly has this thing with the dark side that makes him more alluring. He even gets paired with the innocent yet inviting countenance of Mia Wasikowska on the promotional images released in the Empire.

By the feature on Indiewire’s The Playlist, the second wave of del Toro’s “Crimon Peak’s” promotional images sport a dark and dashing Hiddleston, who plays the role of Sir Thomas Sharpe and the beguiling yet innocent-looking Edith Cushing played by Wasikowska.

Moreover, the feature also added the synopsis of the film that reads:

A young woman (Wasikowska) is swept off by her feet by a charismatic suitor (Hiddleston) and taken back to his ancestral home. There she finds more than she bargained for, including a jealous sister (Chastain) and more than a few skeletons in the closet. (via Indiewire)

Checking out the images, the actors are not the only ones who would make you want to see the trailer of the film. The production design of the house just screams at your curiosity to look deeper and delve more into its dark intricacies. The images are actually a shade lighter compared to the first look of the film with Jessica Chastain, who plays as Thomas Sharpe’s sister Lady Lucille Sharpe, eerily looking down from the dark staircase.

No trailer yet, but this movie appears to interest everyone who comes across it. A haunted house with a dash of mystery, romance, drama and nostalgia, “Crimson Peak” is a definite film to watch out in time for Halloween this year. It is set to open in theaters on Oct. 16, 2015.
