Following the heartbreaking yet most epic and remarkable ending of the third-part finale of “Toy Story,” K-Pop Starz has been recently announced by Pixar that the fourth part of the movie series will “happen next few years.”
Of course, the story of Woody, Buzz, Jessie, and another part of the gang will be continuing their story with their new owner, Bonnie after Andy handed them to her.
John Lassiter, the director of “Toy Story” and “Toy Story 2,” is announced that he will return to take the role of giving the toys new life. The series will definitely have the new direction, new style and most likely, fans will be filled with some of the things that they believe they missed during the previous film installation.
Though Lassiter is very excited with this plan, many doubts that it would be a great idea if they continue again the story following the “perfect” ending of the trilogy. Fans brought their concerns about the news in Twitter. Most people, including many in Pixar are worried about the risk they need to take to live up to the perfect closure of the story.
In response to this, Lassiter cleared that they are too in love with the characters so fans should not be worried. It was because according to the director himself, “they won’t do anything with our favorite gang unless it; lives up to or surpasses what’s gone before.”
In addition to this, the 58-year-old director also “promised to give the best story that you could ever imagine for the series.” and they will give “Toy Story” fans on the upcoming release.
However, based on Robert Iger, CEO of Walt Disney did not say whether the original movie series voice actors and actresses; Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Wallace Shawn and other voices behind the gang will revive their role.
As of now, “Toy Story 4” is set to hit the theaters on June 16, 2017.
