Toys “R” Us Reveals New Line Of Products From Its New Shop ‘Collector Vector’

Toys “R” Us has revealed their upcoming lineup of exclusive action figures, which will be available to the toy aficionados at the highly awaited Comic Convention in San Diego within a few weeks. Read on.

The toy company has tied up with Comic Convention and brought in a new shop titled “Collector Vector.” The new digital concept is going to display collectible action figures, playsets and lot more varied products. You can have hundreds of different products available online at

“Collector Vector” of Toys ”R” Us will feature around 100 highly adored collectibles from the leading manufacturers. The list includes the “Mezco Toyz,” “McFarlane,” “Diamond Select,” “National Entertainment Collectibles Association” (NECA) and “Bandai,” to name a few. It will also feature items based on hit properties from the manufacturers like “Godzilla,” “Predator,” “Batman,” “Sons of Anarchy,” “The Walking Dead,” etc.

Toys “R” Us has declared that it would leave its flagship megastore located in New York’s Time Square. It will be in early 2017 because Gap Inc. is all set to take over the mammoth 110,000 sq. ft. space. It is said that toy retailer has not renewed its lease in February this year when it ended.

According to a report published by the Real Estate Board of New York, the average rate for the ground floor retail space where Toys “R” Us is presently running its business is $2,500 per square feet.

According to Fortune, Toys “R” Us CEO Antonio Urcelay said that they are still considering whether or not to stay and it would ‘gladly’ remain ‘for a rent we believe is reasonable.’

Toys “R” Us is searching for a new place as it has not signed any other lease so far. For the last 15 years, it has been doing their business in this place, and the rent has doubled, which is said to be “the most expensive real estate in that locality.”
