According to The Christian Post, DeBlois convinced that Drago was not the initial choice for the role of villain in “How to Train Your Dragon 3.” It was Hiccup’s mom, Valka was earlier considered to be the villain. However, later the production decided the reverse with some special objective and finally Drago is set to come to spotlight for his antagonistic role. while Drago will be voiced by Djimon Hounsou, Cate Blanchett will voice for Valka.

“How to Train Your Dragon 3” is set to hit the big screen on June 29, 2018.
