Transformers 4: Why the Movie is a Must Watch Action Thriller [WATCH VIDEO]

As “Transformers 4: Age of Distinction,” is set to hit the theaters everywhere on Friday, June 27, 2014,  we at Movie News Guide (MNG) have compiled for lovers of the movie trilogy the reasons to go and watch the fourth installment of “Transformers,” series.

“Transformers 4: Age of Distinction,” is rated PG 13 and is the latest edition of the first 3 film series.  The previous three films had great viewer’s reception and stupendous box office revenues in millions of dollars.


The series is already ranked No.12 as the highest-grossing film series and fourth when averaged to gross per film, behind “the Lord of the Rings,” “Harry Potter,” and “Pirates of the Caribbean.” The 4th installment of the Transformers franchise with Mark Wahlberg in the driver’s seat for “Transformers: Age Of Extinction,” will certainly be a huge hit.

Let us have a look at the reasons why Mark Wahlberg will prove to be value addition to the big-budget extravaganza and other salient feature of the movie which make it a must see action thriller for all fans both young and old equally.

The “Transformers” franchise needed a fresh face. Hence, Mark is sure to attract viewers just by virtue of being a fresh face after Shia LaBeouf.  Wahlberg’s Character Cade Yeager is someone the audience would love to watch. Yeager is a single parent to daughter Tessa (Nicola Peltz), and a struggling inventor.

Wahlberg’s has done various kinds of roles in his film career.  His versatile career include comic role in “ Ted,” dramatic distinction  in “The Lovely Bones,”  to thrilling acting skills in “The Departed,”  “Max Payne,” and  “The Italian Job,” and “2 Guns.” Wahlberg was also nominated for Best Supporting Actor for his role in “The Departed.”

“Transformers: Age Of Extinction” marks the dawn of the Dinobots on silver screen. They’re a brand new genre of Transformers, who can transform into dinosaurs and other primitive creatures. Dinobots add a new element to the series never before seen on-screen.

Academy Award winner Steven Spielberg is the executive producer of all four films and under Spielberg’s supervision there were many other co-producers on the board. The production is supported by Hasbro, diBonaventure Pictures, and DreamWorks Pictures. Spielberg said “he feels sure fans will hardly be able to stay in their seats.”

Influential visual effects that bring the colossal robot killers to verve, 3 D effects of flying cars, mind-blowing hydraulic breakdowns, and mechanical transformations are worth watching. The movie also features assorted special sound effects that will surround viewers, take them deeper into the world of animation. The finale of the battle in “Transformers 4: Age of Distinction,” will most likely to result in another spin-off.
