TVD Co-Stars Nina Dobrev & Chris Wood Team Ip for Reebok Spartan Race
February may be deemed as the month of love, but one may never know when or where juicy news of a growing romance may come up. “The Vampire Diaries” co-stars Nina Dobrev and Chris Wood may have just found theirs during a mud race!
Last Dec. 7, 2014, HollywoodLife.com reported that the co-stars teamed up for the recent Reebok Spartan Race 2014 held in Malibu. They joined under the team name “Swannie Unicorns.” It was also reported that the Spartan Race involved a race through series of obstacles like “fire jumps, pole swings, a barbed wire crawl through mud and many more.” The obstacle race was deemed as the “Best Obstacle Race” back in 2012 and aims “to transform lives through community, experiences, and knowledge.”
Photos of the Dobrev and Wood while participating in the obstacle race have been popping up as of late, but there is one particular upload that showed some good dose of sweetness, though unfortunately it’s not exactly between them.
In a recent Instagram post by Wood, it showed him and Dobrev possibly after the race because of their muddy appearances and shirtless look in Wood’s case. Dobrev was holding up a cute husky puppy to Wood, which was shown kissing his nose. Wood captioned the photo with, “No pain, no husky. #SpartanRace.”
Moreover, her ex-boyfriend and fellow TVD star Ian Somerhalder has been engaged to Nikki Reed. Since her split with Somerhalder, Dobrev has been linked to many celebrities, with the recent being Wood. And yet, although they have been seen hanging out together more often, neither Dobrev nor Wood has released any confirmation that they really are an item.
Nevertheless, fans have been posting on how they looked good as a possible couple, and have even given them the couple names “Woodbrev” and “Dobrewood.”
