Vicki Gunvalson and her family demands Brooks’ arrest on ‘misdemeanor’

According to recently published reports, Vicki Gunvalson, the star of “The Real Housewives of Orange County“ (RHOC), has accused  her ex-boyfriend and co-star of “RHOC” show Brooks Ayers for forging the medical documents and hospital bills to show to the world that he is a cancer patient.

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” is an American reality show that has been aired on television for ten seasons since 2006. The show focuses on the professional and personal lives of several rich ladies residing in Orange County of California.

The report published by E! News claims that Brooks Ayers was never admitted to “City Of Hope “ hospital at Duarte in California. Even though Brooks insisted on having been admitted there for chemotherapy treatment. Ayers is also said to have confessed this ridiculous lie to Andy Cohen, the host of the show “RHOC.” Brooks says that almost four months ago Vicki started believing that Brooks was faking his illness when he refused to show her the medical reports as proof .

According to a report published by Radar Online even the Hospital authority has denied of treating him for any such illness.

“RHOC” has removed Ayers from the show after his ridiculous lie on his illness came to public. MailOnline published in a report that Brooks Ayers has recently defended himself by saying that he was forced to do so by the producer of the show. The producer, according to him, aimed at using his cancer lie in creating the storyline on Ayars cancer diagnosis for season 10 of the show and that would uplift Vicki’s role in the show.

With this turn of event, their four-year relationship came to an end and Brooks and Vicki broke off recently. According to a report published in Radar Online, Vicki’s family want Brooks to be prosecuted by “City of Hope” hospital. In California the law states that if any person alter or fabricate medical report of any person with a fraudulent intention is guilty of “misdemeanor.” The maximum penalty for this crime, if proven, can be one year of imprisonment. Even Vicki wants Brooks to be arrested for this crime.
