The Walking Dead Season 4 Episode 14 Recap: The Grove [WATCH VIDEO]
“The Walking Dead” (TWD) Season 4 Episode 14, which aired on Sunday, March 16, 2014, has left millions of viewers shocked with their latest controversial episode.
“The Walking Dead” Season 4, Episode 14 brought in a new hope for Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride) and Tyreese (Chad L. Coleman) when they found a cabin in the woods. A good and safe place to stay, but that is not the case when they found out that Lizzie Samuels (Brighton Sharbino) has gone mad. She has made friends with zombies and treats them as her friends.
In “The Walking Dead,” it’s survival of the fittest and it’s humans vs. zombies. Due to the rampant killings Lizzie’s group made, this has brought her to the brink of madness and in this latest episode of TWD, that madness has been revealed.
Tyreese and Carol left the children for a while and this is when Tyreese talks about Karen (Melissa Ponzio). At this very moment, it seems like Carol will come clean and finally admit that she killed Karen, but she still did not. The most unexpected scenario faced them when they got to the cabin: Lizzie killed Mika Samuels (Kyla Kenedy), her sister.
And another disturbing thing that Lizzie said is that she’s going to kill Judith Grimes, too!
As the episode progresses, a few revelations were shown such as Lizzie was the one feeding the zombies at the prison and Tyreese thought that Lizzie was the one who killed Karen.
Lizzie apologized to Carol because she pulled a gun on her while they were gathering flowers for Mika but it clearly showed that Lizzie doesn’t regret the fact that she killed her own sister. As Lizzie was staring at the flowers, Carol slowly backed away from Lizzie and shot her in the head.
Tyreese and Carol buried the two sisters and this was the time that Carol decided to come clean about Karen. While explaining to Tyreese why she did it, she was pushing the gun to Tyreese to kill her but instead, Tyreese forgave her. They left the cabin and decided to go to Terminus.
It seems like “The Walking Dead” Season 4, Episode 14 is one of the darkest moments TWD has ever shown their viewers so far.
TWD Fans, two more episodes to go this season. Will it get even darker than this? Stay tuned for more updates about “The Walking Dead.”
