‘Zoolander 2’ Inscites Anger In Transgender Community After Its Trailer Released

15 years have passed since we saw Derek Zoolander (Ben Stiller) and Hansel (Owen Wilson) in their best American satirical action comedy film “Zoolander.” But now the film’s sequel is back with a bang and it appears as if the duo will steal away with the show.
The trailer of the film reveals insights of priceless convivial of one of the most anticipated and awaited film for many, peculiarly those who have seen the original film. The film delves into insights of fashion fraternity as the protagonist plays a supermodel and yes an extreme delight for comic lovers.
Last week’s trailer release has received a good response however; the unplugged imitation of transgender community has raised questions amongst LGBT activists. It has been reported that the major reason behind this outburst in many has been majorly due to a character known as All in the film, that has been depicted by Benedict Cumberbatch. The character of “All” at no point has suited the idea and portrayal of a transgender.
It has rather stirred those who belong to the same community. The petition raised by LGBT activist Sarah Rose to completely boycott the film has till now made 6000 people to sign for it. As denoted by her, the film reveals a complete unacceptable representation of trans people. As per the critics, the film somehow remains unsuccessful to completely bring out the beauty of what they wanted to depict. Humor has become sluggish when we talk about bring action live onto the big screen.
