The new fall television season is in full swing, as most of the returning and new television shows have premiered this week, and will continue to premiere next week. However, there are some television shows, that are waiting in the corner, waiting to premiere come October and November. And one of these anticipated shows that will be returning this October is the CW hit, “The 100”. WARNING! This article might contain spoilers on “The 100” Season 2. Read on only if you want to know what will happen in the second season.
Season 2 promises to be exciting, especially with the special first look that TV Line gave, as they were able to get a hold of some exciting and interesting photos and news on what will happen in the second season.
The last time we left off, Griffin Clarke (Eliza Taylor) was hauled to a place that the Grounder called the place for the ‘Mountain Men’. When she came to, she found herself locked in a facility on a place called Mount Werther. Much to her surprise, Monty (Christopher Larkin), one of her friends, whom she thought was dead, was also in the facility.
According to TV Line, Clarke will meet the leader of the ‘Mountain Men’, a man named Dante Wallace (Raymond J. Barry), who wants nothing more than to help humans reclaim the earth as theirs. The photos posted on TV Line also confirm this, as there are several photos of Griffin talking to Wallace, and one picture that identifies the man himself. However, it seems like Clarke is not happy at all with her new home and is aching to get back out, as the photos also show that she looks like she is going about the place, not wanting to be noticed, and another picture was there in front of a door with a keypad on it.
Meanwhile, Clarke’s parents, Abby Griffin (Paige Turco) and Jake Griffin (Chris Browning), managed to make it to Earth. However, TV Line reports that they will be making some questionable new acquaintances as they start their search for Clarke and everyone included in the 100. The pictures posted on TV Line show that Abby and Jake are combing the woods carefully, guns drawn.
There is also a picture of Tristan (Joseph Gatt), riding a horse, but he was riding alone.
