Last year, Miley Cyrus twerked with Robin Thicke on the stage of the MTV Video Music Awards and became the most talked about celebrity. The duo crooned the energetic medley of their hits “We Can’t Stop,” “Blurred Lines” and “Give It 2 U.”  Apparently fans are inquisitively waiting for this year’s MTV Video Music Awards nominations and performers announcement. Beyoncé led the way of 2014 Video Music Awards with eight nominations, including:

  • Video of the Year
  • Best Female Video
  • Best Choreography

Eminem and Iggy Azalea placed second in the nominations list with seven nods each. Other stars who made it up to the list are Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Pharrell Williams and Ariana Grande.  Jay-Z, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Pharrell Williams, Ariana Grande, Lorde, Sam Smith, Zedd, Avicii, Pitbull, Jason Derulo and Hayley Williams received multiple nominations.
