Just like any awards show, the 2015 Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs) starts the fun right when the biggest names in the music industry step on the infamous red carpet. Glitz and glamour were overflowing as the who’s who wowed the crowd with their Sunday’s best — literally — last May 17 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Read on for more details.
Aaccording to Mail Online, Fashion Police host Giuliana Rancic was one of the first to arrive at the red carpet. She wore a revealing black floor-length piece that exudes all the right kinds of chic.
Taylor Swift, who debuted her star-studded music video for “Bad Blood” during the awards show, was surrounded by her equally stunning star BFFs. Swift was a head turner with her plunging white cut-out pantsuit while Zendaya, was one of the best dressed of the evening according to HollywoodLife.com with her loud but definitely lovely zebra-striped outfit.
Kendall and Kylie Jenner, of the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians fame,”went with out-of-the-box black ensembles. Kendall wore a low oversized Balman blazer while her younger sister Kylie wore a short striped mini dress with a gold belt.
The boys of One Direction attended the event last Sunday draped in subdued colors. The four-piece band rocked basic black blazers embellished with their individual styles.
“Empire” star Taraji P. Henson stepped up the notch of sexiness with a form-fitting see-through black piece.
Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears were spotted posing together on the red carpet. Azalea wore a sassy blue crop top and skirt ensemble while Spears was seen in a form-hugging floor-length nude gown. They performed their new single “Pretty Girls” on the BBMAs stage.
After a 17-year hiatus from the event, Mariah Carey graced the BBMAs with a sultry black outfit showcasing her curves in all the right places. She performed her hits “Vision of Love” and “Infinity” at the event as per Billboard.com.
Jennifer Lopez never failed to bring up the heat on the red carpet with her fitting see-through sequined gown.
Molly Ringwald, star of the 1985 cult teen movie “The Breakfast Club,” attended the BBMAs as a presenter in a long black halter dress.
Mail Online also reported that the other BBMAs presenters were Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Rita Ora, Ne-Yo, 50 Cent, Celine Dion, Laverne Coz, Kevin Connolly, and many more,
