Amy Schumer brought her signature sense of humor during the MTV Movie Awards 2015 that pleased many people and pissed a lot as well.

So did Amy Schumer really cross the line when she hosted the recent MTV Movie Awards in Nokia Theater? A lot of people were satisfied as they burst in to laughter but some took their sentiments to Twitter and posted the comedian has gone way far throughout the two-hour award’s night, reported TIME.

The monologue started with her “Magic Mike XXL” skit. Schumer jokes, “It really is magic. Anytime I watch those guys, at least two of my fingers disappear.” The masturbation joke reached its climax with a sketch showing Amber Rose, Nikki Glaser and Amy Schumer. The sketch continued showing the women arriving to watch “Fifty Shades of Grey” and “Magic Mike XXL” where they displayed shower heads, gourds and a vibrating purse. Amy followed up her monologue and said, “Why can’t we just treat ourselves?”

Most of the people who attended the awards night said they were not disappointed by the comedian’s skit. Amy Schumer was also a bold choice for the MTV Movie Awards, said TIME in a report. However, the report said that edgy jokes and sketches in the comedian’s skit seemed to have crossed the line on racism, cancer, sexuality and a lot more.

Although Amy Schumer already warned that people are going to be mad after the show, she continued with her piece. Amy pretended to try out for Selma and confused Selma, Ala with Salma Hayek. Her script read, “You think that I can’t play a strong ‘Latinra’ just because I’m a beautiful whitekin-la.”

Other Amy Schumer notable jokes for the 2015 MTV Movie Awards included lines such as, “Hillary Clinton finally announced she’s taking Zayn’s spot in One Direction.” She also had a take on “The Fault in Our Stars” and cracked an outrageous joke saying, “That was such a great movie, but I think they should have gone with the original title, “Cancer Schmancer.”
