It seems that a yearlong battle of EXO band’s owner company SM Entertainment with the two former members namely Kris aka Wu Yifan and Luhan is approaching towards its end. As the Seoul Central District Court on Oct. 30, 2015 has suggested both the parties sort out their disagreement with mutual understanding. Read On.
Kris and Luhan left the band following their wish to pursue a career as solo artists and due to some in-house issues. They both have filed a lawsuit against the company and to answer back SM Entertainment also filed placed cases against them, both the parties are continuously making news following their filed lawsuit, but finally the court suggested them to resolve their disputes.
The judge during the court proceeding said, “Is it right for me to deem that the mediation has broken down? The results of this situation would likewise have an effect later on regarding Tao’s lawsuit. Is it okay for me to judge that an agreement is not taking place?” reported All K-Pop.
The band which is currently making news for coming up with an album at the time of Christmas is the topmost band liked by all. It is sure that SM Entertainment would prefer to end this feud to concentrate on its band’s upcoming events, on the other side, both the stars can concentrate on their respective solo careers only after ending that fight which started a year before.
So, we can expect a final decision soon as hopefully both the parties will end their battle on a positive note. Well, currently the talk is in the process and soon we will be informed about the outcome. Till then, hope for the best and wish them good luck.
