No one had any idea that Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) was hiding something from the fans until its CL’s time to perform—a surprise was waiting to be revealed that night, they brought up on stage the four girls once again! 2NE1 MAMA performance did the trick! Definitely a shocking event for the fans, right?
According to KMusic, 2NE1 unexpected performance… and reunion shook each audience’s mind as the powerful girl group from YG Entertainment made a special appearance.
The group, CL, Dara, Bom and Minzy, sets MAMAs roof on fire as they performed their hit singles such as “Fire” and “I Am The Best.”
The site reported that the stage was all set for CL’s latest song “Hello B*tches” and her badass performance with the Parris Goebel and her group REQUEST until the song ended and suddenly the group’s “Come Back Home” song was played and Dara Park slowly emerged from the stage.
Moreover, the young faced vocalist was followed by the youngest member Minzy, then Bom and last but not the least, the group’s leader CL.
As expected, 2NE1 MAMA performance left everyone in shock, even the social media went crazy on their surprise appearance as a group since they’ve been missed by their fans!

Meanwhile, fans started to get curious once again whether it was a sign that 2Ne1 comeback is next in line, however, a Twitter post from a fan noted that Yang Hyun Suk, founder of YGE stated that the group will not be having a comeback yet, and the MAMA performance was just a gift for everyone.

On the other hand, Soompi reported that BigBang and EXO bagged two of the year’s grand prizes in MAMA.
BigBang won “Worldwide Favorite Artist,” Artist of the Year” and “Song of the Year,” while EXO took home the “Album of the Year” and “Best Male Group.”
