The boys of 5 Seconds of Summer (5SOS) may have played full arenas all over the world, and even rocked out with their Socks Out, but turns out what they are really good at is making lunch. Aussie rockers Luke Hemmings, Ashton Irwin, Calum Hood and Michael Clifford were at “Sunday Brunch” at channel 4, where they attempted to make a fish stew: to hilarious results. Read on for more details.
The Australian punk rockers joined hosts Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer at Sunday Brunch yesterday, and they almost broke the internet, Unreality TV is reporting. In fact, we think 5SOS should be given their own cooking show because that would be the funniest thing on TV. Here are the few highlights:
Hemmings armed with a large knife, waving it around trying to slice his monkfish: “I’m so nervous. What if I get it wrong?” We will watch this over Jamie Oliver any day of the week

Hemmings also had a rather intense discussion with fellow guest Michael Bolton over whether prawns and shrimp were the proper name for it. One fan went on twitter after the incident saying, “Seriously, give @5SOS their own show. Settle the Prawns or shrimp argument on it.”
But the most entertaining part of the show was definitely slo-mo chicken cam that Clifford did, where he ate a piece of fried- chicken really slowly. The Mirror is reporting, Clifford’s winning idea for our 5SOS TV show:
“That is what this TV show should be every week…Just more and more fried chicken.”

5SOS put on a brave face and tasted the fish stew they had created, but it seemed like even they felt that fish stew was an ill-advised recipe for a Sunday breakfast.
So here is our idea for the show: Every week, 5SOS cooks some exotic new recipe. And every week, they just eat fried chicken instead.
