The 5 Seconds of Summer (5SOS) has just finished with its 2015 tour and are already gearing up for another in 2016! Ashton Irwin, Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford and Calum Hood of the all-boy Australian pop-punk band headlined their third tour of “Rock Out With Your Socks Out” in West Palm Beach, Toronto this year and boy are we impatient for more! Well, fortunately, Ashton Irwin assures us that there’s loads more to follow.
5SOS have wrapped up their second recorded album “Sounds Good Feels Good,” which is slated to release soon and the guys are all set to go on the road, performing live again. In the official interview regarding their 2016 annual, Irwin revealed that he’s eager to schedule more shows to let fans know how the band has matured over the year. He believes that their new songs will give the audience a more personal insight into the boys’ lives, the band and their personalities exemplifying how they’ve grown since their debut with 5SOS.
The guys are pretty excited about getting in on the artwork too and the other stuff for the album, says Unreality TV! The upcoming album is all about showcasing who they are as individuals and so they are planning on going live as much as possible.
Following the conclusion of their tour, Hemmings has dished out how the guys are backstage and a few of the cool gifts and fan art presented to them whilst touring! From new instruments to getting stars named after them, the guys have gotten everything. Hemmings says he is especially fond of the artistic posters that girls have come up with and that he was overwhelmed by some of the amazing art they’ve received!
Well, if they say it’s gonna be better than before after hits like “She Looks So Perfect,” “Amnesia” and “Don’t Stop,” we can’t wait for more!
