It is that wonderful time of year again in which the best of the best in television programming is celebrated and recognized, hence the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards. Read on to learn more about this scoop.

The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards aired on Monday, Aug. 25, 2014, at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. The event was broadcast live on NBC. For this year, Seth Meyers hosted the Emmys. Moreover, comedian and actor Billy Crystal paid tribute to his friend and colleague Robin Williams, who died on Aug. 11, 2014,  in the “In Memoriam” segment pf the ceremony.
