The 68th Tony Awards Nominees and Performers

The 68th Tony Awards will air on Monday, June 8, 2014, at 8:00 p.m. on CBS. The event will take place at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. For the fourth time, the Tony Award-winning actor Hugh Jackman (“The Boy from Oz” 2004) will host the prestigious event, with Will Ferrell, Bradley Cooper and Clint Eastwood as part of the diverse pool of presenters. CBS has released the names of the performers who would entertain the crowd as they await the announcement of the 2014 Tony winners. Idina Menzel will sing “If/Then,” while Alan Cumming reprises his role and will perform “Cabaret.” Neil Patrick Harris will perform alongside the cast of “Hedwig and the Angry Inch.”

Fantasia Barrino, Patti LaBelle and Gladys Knight will join forces in their rendition for “After Midnight.” Meanwhile, Sting offers the audience a first taste of his upcoming musical through his performance of “The Last Ship.”

Other cast performances to watch out for include: “Aladdin,” “A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder,” “Les Miserables” and “Beautiful: The Carole King Musical,” to name a few.
