Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo push each other to exercise, a new report claims. The stars’ physical trainer also revealed their physical fitness secrets. Read on for more details.
Entertainment Tonight recently did an interview with trainer Harley Pasternak, who revealed that he had trained numerous celebrities, including Ariana Grande, Kanye West, and Kim Kardashian. However, he said that the strongest among the lot had turned out to be the Maroon 5 rocker, who, it seems, has a very high pain threshold. He also told the interviewers that he is fabulously “chiseled” and is in a better shape than Pasternak.
Pasternak also revealed that Levine and Prinsloo, are absolutely dedicated to staying at the top of their game where fitness is concerned. They are so focussed on staying fit that they push each other to exercise and stay fit.
While Levine is more focused on hardcore muscle training and pushing on with heavy equipment, Behati ensures that the rocker stays focused on healthy living. She fine tunes the couple’s lifestyle so that they eat healthy and stay healthy.
Levine is so focussed on training that he sends texts to Pasternak saying things like “I own you.”
Behati, on the other hand, is more focused on what she eats and how she protects her hair and skin. She confessed to drinking a lot of water and protecting her skin from the sun. She says that she always wears sunblock to protect her delicate skin. She also goes to spas for skin treatments like masks and skin enhancing oxygen facials.
“I use Christopher Robin Rose shampoo on my hair; Klorane conditioning balm; and if my hair is super dry I use Robin luxury hair oil.” Prinsloo told Vogue magazine.
It is clear that the couple that works out together, stays together. Levine and Prinsloo are a fine match on all fronts.
