We have come very close to the release of the much-anticipated movie “Alice Through the Looking Glass” and it is natural to see lot more new updates about the upcoming film when a span of around seven months is left for its release. The James Bobin-directed movie “Alice Through the Looking Glass” is based on  “Through the Looking-Glass”  by Lewis Carroll in written in 1871. It is also a sequel to Tim Burton’s 2010 superhit film “Alice in Wonderland.”

According to Food World News, “Pirates Of The Caribbean” actor will be seen reprising his role as the Mad Hatter, Mia Wasikowska as Alice, Anne Hathaway as Mirana of Marmoreal or the White Queen, and Helena Bonham Carter as Iracebeth of Crims or the Red Queen in the upcoming movie “Alice Through the Looking Glass.”

The recent release of five new posters, as also confirmed by Daily Mail, give some hints of the main characters (like Alice) holding chromospheres, which is an indication of having the supernatural power to control time. Even the first full-length trailer gives an ample evidence of Alice’s power as it shows her traveling back in time to save the Mad Hatter (Depp’s character) from Time himself.

“Everyone wants [it]. Alice needs it, but the Red Queen (Helena Bonham Carter) wants most of all. It basically powers time moving forward,”

producer Suzanne Todd said to Entertainment Today.

“Alice Through The Looking Glass” is slated to hit the theater on May 27, 2016.
