“American Odyssey” Season 1  Episode 4 “Tango Uniform” aired last Sunday, April 26, 2015 at 10:00 PM. In this episode, both Frank Majors (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) and Aslam (Omar Ghazaoui) intensified their search for Sergeant Odelle Ballard (Anna Friel). Meanwhile, as Peter Decker (Peter Facinelli) presented himself as a dangerous opponent to Societelle, Harrison Walters (Jake Robinson) dealt with the aftermath of his father’s death, which led to him to several realizations. Read on to learn more about this episode.

At the Ansar Dine Safe House, in Bamako, Mali, Omar (Dar Salim) told Sergeant Odelle Ballard (Anna Friel) that they would wait for one day in order to find Aslam (Omar Ghazaoui) and the flash drive. She was then brought to a different room, where she fought off her guard, who had tried to take advantage of her.

Meanwhile, Sarah Decker (Sarah Wynter) couldn’t believe that Peter Decker (Peter Facinelli) hadn’t resigned yet, as he said. After telling her what he had discovered, she got even more annoyed that it was Sofia Tsaldari (Orla Brady), of all people, who had reached out to him, as Peter and Sofia did have an affair with each other years back. He then told her that he would meet up with a friend of his from the Justice Department, and would give him all the evidence needed to take Societelle down.

At the Walters’, Harrison Walters’ (Jake Robinson) girlfriend, Anna Stone (Tala Ashe) came to help him and his mother out. Harrison’s mother instructed him to write the eulogy and told him that his father had been having an affair for quite some time.

Colonel Stephen Glen (Treat Williams) called Ron Ballard (Jim True-Frost ) up and told him that they had found Odelle’s remains and advised that he have her remains cremated as she was unrecognizable.

Meanwhile, at Bamako, Odelle managed to stab her guard, and slipped out with the women who were doing the laundry. However, she was soon discovered by both the Ansar Dine and Frank Majors (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) who chased her. After realizing that she was cornered, she decided to get recaptured by the Ansar Dine.

While this happened, Aslam (Omar Ghazaoui) told his uncle, Shakir Khan ( Yousef Sweid) about Odelle’s plight. Afterwards, he agreed to help as his lover, a General in the Malinian Army named General Diallo (Itoya Osagiede) would be able to find her for Aslam.

Back in the Walters house, Harrison discovered that his dad really did love him after finding a photograph of himself and his father on one of their fishing trips. After that, Anna and Harrison slept together.

The next morning, Harrison paid a visit to Bob Offer (Nate Mooney) who told him that his father and his mistress were murdered as his father’s mistress was planning on starting a new life in Dallas without him. He then became scared when Ruby Simms (Daniella Pineda) began calling Harrison, and told him that he couldn’t help him anymore.

Later, Anna was annoyed that Ruby showed up at the café where Harrison was trying to write the eulogy. However, Ruby discovered that Harrison knew that his father’s death wasn’t a mere accident or a crime of passion, before Anna pulled him away from her.

At the Ansar Dine safe house, Omar told Odelle that he was impressed with how she tried to escape. Odelle then told him that there were Osela soldiers in Bamako who wanted to kill her, and told him that they were going to be all killed as they were after her.

In order to lure Majors out, they fired a shot, and dragged Odelle out on the street so that when Majors came to check out the body, Odelle shot him in the arm.

Meanwhile, Aslam told his story to the General, and his uncle convinced his lover to help them out, which he agreed to do.

Back in New York, after Peter’s friend in the Justice Department refused to do anything with the evidence they had as he had been sanctioned, Joe Abrams (Darren Goldstein) helped Peter get into a private club in order to threaten Senator Darnell (Reed Birney) that he knew about what Societelle was up to. Before they left, Alex Baker (Jay O. Sanders) saw them, thus achieving his goal of sending the message that he knew what they had done.

Meanwhile, in Bamako, Aslam slipped out after his uncle went to buy cigarettes, and was recaptured by the drug lord whom he had escaped from.

Back in New York, Suzanne Ballard (Sadie Sink) became upset that her mother had been cremated, and was shocked after she realized that someone had picked up the phone when she tried to call her mother.

Meanwhile, Harrison gave a wonderful eulogy in which he dedicated himself to find the truth. Afterwards, Bob slipped him a piece of paper which contained the name of the person who killed his father.

At the Safe House, Omar began to question Majors, but was interrupted after General Diallo came and rescued Odelle. She then called Colonel Stephen Glen who was surprised to hear that she was alive.
