Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie advance a plan to expand their family that comprises of their six kids. The desire has chiefly blossomed in Angelina and a mutual decision led the duo to a planned adoption of a boy from Syria, whom the actress met during a trip to the country.
The 40-year-old actress, who is an activist and human rights worker, was immensely disturbed by the predicament of numerous homeless youngsters during her travels to war-torn Syria.
In this solo trip, she encountered three orphan siblings, who have lost their parents in the brutal ramification of war. An insider says the middle child “could speak some English”, while the oldest “was very quiet, but never left Angie’s side during the visit”. Radar Online reports that Jolie showed interest to take all the three home but her husband has considered it to be an unreasonable decision that may hamper their existing broods. So ultimately they have planned on adopting 2-year old Moussa as a new addition to the family.
The news that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are adopting a Syrian orphan surfaced in April this year but the process has decelerated than predicted.

The news is questioning on another emphasizing angle that revolves around Angelina’s health dispute she underwent recently. It is known that the actress has strived a combat against health deterioration upon discovery that she carried a gene mutation that yields higher risks of developing breast and ovarian cancer. This led to a double mastectomy and removal of her ovaries. So now to accomplish the desire to have another child, the couple headed for the adoption as biologically it’s quite difficult now.
The duo are already parenting their six children, three of them biological including: Shiloh, eight, and six-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, while three are adopted: Maddox ,13 from Cambodia, Pax, 11 from Vietnam, and Ethiopian Zahara, 10.
According to the UK’s The Express, Angelina and Brad considered the time to be apt to adopt a new member in their family.
As the UN High Commission’s special representative, Jolie visited Syrian Refugee camps six times and beholds the atrocities taking place in this war-baffled Syria.
Interestingly, back in the earlier months of the year, Brad Pitt has denied the plan of adoption as Mail Online reports but in a speech in November 2013, the Oscar winning actress implored the world to protect the traumatized and isolated generation of Syria that is suffering from the catastrophe.
However, the report doesn’t confirm whether it’s a boy or a girl but the couple in on same page to bring another orphaned soul under their adorable shelter.
It is reported that Brad and Angelina are both very busy but have cleared their schedules to allow time to adopt. The official process of adoption may take more five to six months to complete.
