“Ant-Man” which is nearing its release has everything a superhero movie could ask for. A powerful studio, decent fan following and most importantly some breathtaking sequences from the studio’s smallest yet powerful superhero. Perhaps the studio is dropping some hints during their ongoing marketing strategy for “Ant-Man”. Hints about other heroes having a little cameo in the movie. It has been confirmed that at least one hero from the “Avengers” will be seen in the movie.
According to Cinema Blend, a new TV spot for the movie shows Falcon/Sam Wilson played by Anthony Mackie in his full gear is ready for some action. His scene in the new TV spot lasts for not more than a second but whatever is seen, one can say that he is about to go kinetic with that ultra modern technology he has been boasting since “Captain America: Winter Soldier”. There are chances that even though he has a cameo, he could be involved in at least one major sequence in the movie. There are multiple reasons for Sam Wilson to have a cameo in the movie. He could either be seeking more information on the “Ant-Man” suit developed by Dr. Hank Pym or he’s there because he wants to let in some information about the “Avengers” to Scott. Only time will tell till what extent Falcon will be making his presence felt in the movie.
International Business Times has also reported that one of the post credits scenes in the “Ant-Man” will feature a scene or footage from the studio’s upcoming “Captain America: Civil War”. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige himself confirmed however what will be shown is still not confirmed yet. Whatever it will be, it will be totally worth the wait.
Flickering Myth suggested that the footage would show Captain America and Falcon capturing the Winter Soldier. Falcon asks Captain if he should call Tony for help, Captain refuses and that’s when Falcon suggests that he knows a guy. If this is indeed the post credits scene in the “Ant-Man” movie, it could mark his entry in next year’s “Captain America: Civil War”. “Ant-Man” will hit the theaters on July 17th.
