Grande made her intent very clear when she guested on the “Zach Sang and the Gang” show and said that Felton’s appearance could last a spilt second and she will most definitely still be fine with it because for the actor, that’s how little it takes to be mind-blowing. Grande is totally working towards having Felton in her next video.
“He tweeted, he was like, ‘If you ever need anyone in your music video.’ I was like, ‘I don’t know what the next single is, but we’re gonna find it, and we’re gonna make sure you’re here.’” she said.
“’I haven’t decided yet. I don’t know what the video treatment is, which song it’s going to be next, but single number two, you’re the lead. Let’s go. Let’s go,’” she added. “He can walk by in the background. That’s it. That’s all I need.”
Here’s Grande’s radio interview:
Grande also noted that she develops creativeness from fellow musician and well-known hair chameleon and pop goddess Katy Perry, who in one time, was able to join her in a prayer circle and provided some wisdom to the “Baby I” singer.
“Katy was very nice to me when I first put out music, and she took me under her wing was like, ‘Hey, if you ever need anything, I can totally be here,’” Grande said.
“She was very welcoming and wonderful and it was so crazy because I went to her show at the Staples Center a couple of years ago. And I was totally inspired by it. I was like, ‘Wow. I want to do this.’” she added.
Little did Grande know that after three years, she herself would be on the very same stage at Staples Center.
“She came, and she held my hand in the prayer circle, and she was there, and she was like, ‘Girl you were here a few years ago watching me, and now I’m watching you. You better kill it, girl!”
