“Arrow” Season 2 Episode 18 “Deathstroke” will air on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at 8:00 p.m. on The CW. Slade launches his revenge against Oliver. Read on to find out more about it including spoilers and a brief recap of the last episode.
Previously on “Arrow” (“Birds of Prey” Season 2 Episode 17 air date: March 26, 2014), Frank Bertinelli (Jeffrey Nordling) was detained, and Oliver (Stephen Amell) knew that it would not take long before Frank’s daughter, Helena (Jessica De Gouw), the Huntress, comes back in town. Helena planned on killing her own father. Meanwhile, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) was chosen to preside over Frank’s case.
Oliver promised Sara (Caity Lotz) that he would handle his former flame. Things turned out of hand as Helena held hostages in the courthouse. Then the battle of the Canary and the Huntress has begun.
Furthermore, Roy (Colton Haynes) was willing to pay the price of keeping Thea (Willa Holland) safe.

In an episode preview on The CW, Slade (Manu Bennett) launches revenge against his archenemy Oliver. He wants to avenge Shado’s (Celina Jade) death. While Oliver tries to protect his family, one of his team members questions his decisions. Furthermore, Isabel (Summer Glau) attempts to take Queen Consolidated away from Oliver.
If you think that Oliver and Slade will not come face to face until the season finale, you might as well think twice. TV Line got the scoop about their fight. Marc Guggenheim, executive producer of the show, revealed that there will be “a series of showdowns” between Oliver and Slade. And to keep you hooked with the show, one of these showdowns will happen on the next episode, “Deathstroke.” He added that the turnout of things is not something that everyone is expecting.
