When it was reported that Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis wanted to be dedicated parents to daughter Wyatt Isabelle Kutcher, they meant every word of it. The couple has been fiercely protective about their lives as well as their daughter’s, as they try to keep every family affair extremely private. So imagine how would they react if someone share something important to them. Daily Mail, unfortunately, has to face the heat for publishing their daughter’s photos without their permission.
According to Celebuzz, the couple are taking legal action against Daily Mail’s entertainment website MailOnline for publishing their daughter’s photos without their permission. The said photos have reportedly been appeared in two of the entertainment website’s articles. Documents that have been submitted in the court clearly state “wrongful publication of paparazzi photos of family outings” as the reason for suing Daily Mail and their publishers Associated Newspapers. The documents also reveal that the other reason for which the couple is suing the publication is for breaching Data Protection Act. The couple’s lawyer has made a statement saying that they really value their personal time with their daughter and don’t like the fact of being pursued by photographers everywhere. They are also not in favor of media outlets publishing their baby girl’s photos.
Apart from the couple, previously George Clooney called Daily Mail the wrong kind of tabloid because it printed a story about his wife’s mother stating that she was not in favor of the marriage because of religious reasons. Some time around Mr. Clooney’s story, even Angelina Jolie sought legal actions against the publication since it ran a video that showed her under the influence of heroin. It is also said that British novelist J.K.Rowling too sued the publication because one of her stories that she wrote was misrepresented.
It remains to be seen how does the publication reply to the legal action that the couple has filed against it in the court.
