‘Assassin’s Creed’ Movie: Leaked Photos

Finally, the “Assassin’s Creed” movie is finally shooting! After going through problems in terms of movie development, Ubisoft confirms that the movie is now underway. Read on for more details.

Currently, the “Assassin’s Creed” team is filming at Valleta, Malta and with the photos that have resurfaced it looks like things are starting to really look like “Assassin’s Creed.”

Ubisoft is the developer of “Assassin’s Creed” as is also one of the producers of the upcoming film together with New Regency.

Ubisoft’s CEO Yves Guillemot announced: “We have the pleasure to announce today that the green light has been given by New Regency, and the production has already started. This is a very important milestone for the project and for our team on ‘Assassin’s Creed.’”

New Regency also has a stellar reputation for the films that they have under their belt such as “Gone Girl,” Birdman,” and “12 Years a Slave.” With that, “Assassin’s Creed” may be another legend that they are cooking up.

Fans are still hoping that the movie doesn’t ruin the whole thing. As far as game-movie adaptation goes, things start to go downhill when film production companies decide to adapt the game into a film. On the other hand, the team behind “Assassin’s Creed” may deliver more than what is expected of them considering the fact that there are a lot of fans all over the world who are waiting for the film to premiere.

Malta Today has released photos from the set of “Assassin’s Creed” and yes, it’s definitely looking like the “Assassin’s Creed” we all have grown to love and played on our game consoles over the years. Fingers crossed on this one!
