Oh Boy! Supermodels are also not immune to getting infections from their kids. Super moms like Heidi Klum can get lice from her kids just like any normal mother.
Heidi Klum is a woman with many roles; a television personality, supermodel, fashion designer, and last but not the least, a mother of 4 kids. Klum went candid on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” when she shared that she is recovering from the attack of critters that reached her home through her kids.
Klum sounded relieved as she said that since the last few days, she is eventually free of lice. She said that it was indeed a horrible experience for her. Suddenly, her little daughter suffered from an itching her head when she was taken to the nurse. They inspected her thoroughly and eventually found an lic egg and that’s how the little monsters attacked her too.
However, it is no big surprise that Heidi’s family was a prey to the critters, as about 25 states went through several over-the-counter remedies last month.
Klum was teased by program host DeGeneres and asked her whether they bathe or not. Heidi was quick to reply that of course they all did.
On a serious note, even bathing would not have helped much.
This is because lice do not care whether someone’s hair is clean and hygienic or not. In fact, there are several sources that claim that these little monsters actually give preference to a clean head.
Klum found a solution to her family’s problem by bringing the “lice fairies” for a visit to her four kids with her former husband, Seal.
The supermodel jokingly said that these lice-fairies will visit one’s house, so that they can remove all the lice away from the person’s hair. One gets a certificate from all these lice fairies while going to the school as the school would ask for such information.
