‘Avatar 2’ Update: New Comic Book To Have Plot Of ‘Avatar 2;’ James Cameron Speaks About Pandora Universe

Updates on the “Avatar” of 2009 have barely been sufficient for us, but now that one thing has been confirmed, fans can be thrilled for more, there is a comic book series revolving around the sequel’s plot. Read on for more revelations by James Cameron.

It has been reported that in “Avatar 2” Stephen Lang will definitely be there as Col and the main antagonist Miles Quaritch will be in a Terminator Darth Vader villain fashion. Meanwhile, although Dark Horse has never been vocal in mentioning the next comic book about “Avatar,” now they certainly are.

The director of the original movie “Avatar” and its upcoming sequels, James Cameron, talked about this in a video posted by Dark Horse Comics Youtube, Ecumenical News reported. Nothing much has been said, yet Cameron spoke on Pandora Ecosystem.

The director suggested that moviegoers, who wants to see “Avatar 2,” should grab a copy of the comic book for it builds the plot of the upcoming movie. He also added that they will reveal the mysteries and wonders of Pandora and of course, together with his partnered productions, Light Entertainment who has as much revelation about the Pandora Universe as he has.

This comic book will set in the settings of before, during, and after the events of the first movie. “Avatar 2,” though still in its minimal details, Cameron said that the second, third and fourth filming of the movie will be done simultaneously. Also settings will not be entirely in Pandora’s Ocean Ecosystem in spite of the fact that his creative team develop the technology in filming underwater, Venture Capital Post reported.

Dark Horse Comics also did the comics for James Cameron’s previous films such as “The Abyss” and the “Aliens.” “Avatar 2’ is expected to hit the big screen on December 25, 2017.
