Once again, the Avengers will assemble in the battle against the greatest threat in the universe: Thanos. However, getting to the villain will not be easy because a new leaked photo from the movie’s set hints that the Mad Titan will bring his own villainous army in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War.

Terry Notary Joins The Cast

Earlier this year, news broke out that Terry Notary of Kong: Skull Island and, soon, War of the Planet of the Apes have joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe. His role has not been announced yet, but new reports suggest that he will be an ally of Thanos.

In the set photo published on Twitter, a man can be seen wearing a motion capture suit. From the looks of it, the man is holding Corvus Glaive’s weapon.

In the comic book universe, Corvus Glaive is the right-hand man of Thanos and a prominent member of the Black Order, a group of aliens who helps the Mad Titan raze different worlds. Part of his job is to force each planet to pay tribute to his master.

According to Marvel Wiki, when Corvus Glaive sent one of his Outriders, a race of genetically engineered humanoids, look for a new planet to raze, they targeted Earth. Members of the Black Order landed in different parts of the world to confront different heroes.

Notary, who is an established motion-capture actor, confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter in a previous interview that he will work alongside Josh Brolin. “I’m playing Josh Brolin’s right-hand bad guy in the film,” he stated. IMDB lists his character as Cul Obsidian, a misspelling of the villainous group’s other name Cull Obsidian.

Moreover, Notary also shared that he is working with three other actors in the MCU. He might have confirmed that other members of the Black Order like Proxima Midnight and Black Dwarf will also make appearances in the movie.

Stan Lee Films Cameo

Avengers: Infinity War is still filming in Atlanta and several other locations around the world. However, last week, the genius behind all these characters might have already joined the set to play his part.

A photo posted by Karen Gillan confirms that the comic book creator was on set likely to film one of his famous cameos. The actress reprises the role of Nebula in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Infinity War.

As one of Thanos’ adopted daughters, Nebula will play an important role in the upcoming movie. In the original Infinity Gauntlet, the lethal space assassin was able to take the Gauntlet from the Mad Titan.

Marvel President Kevin Feige stated earlier this year that Lee has already filmed four cameos, but did not specify for which movies. The fact that the comic book creator was present on set this weekend means that he is needed. There are also three other movies that were filmed or will start filming in the next few months, including Black Panther, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Captain Marvel and a still-untitled fourth Avengers movie.
