Mass Live pointed out that Norman is clearly jealous of Emma’s new boyfriend when he tried to make her realize that Gunner is not the one for her because of Gunner’s job. Sheriff Romero (Nestor Carbonell) stayed at the hotel for a while after Zane (Michael Eklund) burned his house down. Despite his warning, Norma continued her pursuit in stopping the bypass project by getting help from Nick Ford (Michael O’Neill).

“Bates Motel” Season 2 Episode 5 “The Escape Artist” Synopsis:
In the town of White Pine Bay, it seems that happy endings are short and rare.
According to Carter Matt, the team behind the high-rating show are taking everything up a notch with only two episodes left before the end of “Bates Motel” Season 2.
We all know what happens to Norma and her son in Alfred Hitchcock’s film, “Psycho.” The teaser trailer suggests that we will see the much-awaited argument between the not-so-perfect mother and son duo. This has been considered as one of the show’s highlights as it gives viewers a glimpse of how Norman’s character would change in the future.
What is it about this “secret” that it can threaten their relationship? Is it Cody or something about the strange things Norman hides from the start?
Meanwhile, young couple Emma and Gunner are dressed for the occasion- a picnic date! Though, it won’t take a while before Emma would be in a dangerous situation. It’s not really surprising because now, she has a boyfriend who works in the drug business.
Following the events after the shootout, Dylan will meet his real boss at the hospital where he ended up. Actress Kathleen Robertson (“Beverly Hills 90210”) will play Zane’s sister named Jodi Wilson, who also heads one of the family-led drug business in the town of White Pine Bay, Oregon.
In an interview with TV Guide, she said that Dylan intrigues her character and she wants to protect him.
Her emotional connection with Dylan would be a start of something aside from being boss and employee.
“They’re both people who have found themselves in this lifestyle and [wondering], ‘How did we both end up doing this and getting involved in this really dark, complicated, messed-up world?’ Because neither of them are that [dark]. Their souls are not that.” said Robertson in the TV Guide interview.
In other news, Crave Online reported that Robertson is also busy with an upcoming series on TNT entitled “Murder in the First.”
