“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” has wrapped filming, but the excitement over it continues. Apart from the usual Batman, Superman and other characters in the movie, there are many other things that will surely capture everyone’s attention. Latest in the same is the new Batmobile, which had an extensive coverage for itself at the Warner Bros. Studio tour.
According to Movie Web, for all those who are heading out to Los Angeles might want to visit the WB studio lot as one of the major attraction there is the new Batmobile, which will be used in next year’s “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.”
Variant Comics got an opportunity to view all the Batmobiles that Bruce Wayne has used till date. However, the most fascinating of them was the most recent one and looking at the details that were revealed about it, one can expect to see a killing machine blazing the streets of fictitious Gotham.
Designed by Patrick Tatopoulos the batmobile is about 20 feet long and 12 feet wide at the back. It is equipped with Gatling guns at the front and boasts of a new hydraulic system. Basically what it does is, it increases in size when it’s at the battlefield and goes lower while passing through the streets.
The Batmobile in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” will be shown as a vehicle that has been made by Bruce Wayne and was not constructed at Lucius Fox’s workshop.
With tires made out of Carbon fiber and the model inspired by Michael Keaton’s Batmobile, Ben Affleck’s vehicle will surely prove to be a beast during a fight.
The media outlet also suggested that the Batmobile in the movie will be shown as a used vehicle, which hasn’t been put to use for a while because of the dents on it and since Batman will be getting into the game after a long break, the look of it suits the situation.
Coming Soon added that in the video tour of the Batmobiles, one would have to move to the 8:50 mark to see a detailed explanation of the vehicle. Looking at the features and the version of Batman that fans will be witnessing next year, the box office will surely feel the Dawn of Justice.
