It is a good day for Batman and Superman fans out there for Warner Bros. has already released the title of the epic superhero movie: “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.” The film stars Ben Affleck as Batman and Henry Cavill as Superman. It was in August 2013 when Affleck landed the role, while Cavill was launched as the new Superman in the “Man of Steel” in June 2013.

Adding to your excitement is Gal Gadot portraying Diana Prince a.k.a Wonder Woman. Is “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” teasing our senses into a possible Justice League movie in the future? Well, let us proceed. The action-packed film’s cast members include Laurence Fishburne, Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), Amy Adams, Jeremy Irons (Alfred), Holly Hunter, and Diane Lane.

“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” is directed by Zach Snyder and written by Chris Terrio from David S. Goyer’s screenplay. Its production will take place at Detroit, then head to Illinois, the Pacific and South Africa. There are no plot details yet, but it is set to open in theatres on May 6, 2016.

Although this is exciting news for us, there are fans, and we mean really diehard fans, who are complaining about the sequence in the title “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” as reported in Forbes.

Mark Hughes, author of the article, explained why Batman probably goes first in the title. He thinks it’s because Batman is the confrontational one. The nature of the order of the title also says something about the plot, such as Batman is being aggressive, thus his name goes first. Moreover, it has also something to do with marketing strategy as Batman is widely popular. Do you agree that Superman is being pushed aside in this film?
